Sweet Dreams Appliances makes it easy for you to *keep* and *treat* sleep patients right in your own office! We provide simple, user-friendly brochures with a scannable barcode—patients just scan, and we take care of the rest.

When the patient is ready for an oral appliance:

1. We contact you to arrange an appointment for scanning or impressions.
2. Once the appliance is ready from the lab, we schedule the delivery appointment.

And that’s it! You’ve just saved a life with only TWO appointments.

What We Do:

– Insurance Verification: We verify the patient’s medical insurance and utilize their medical or Medicare benefits.

– Home Sleep Study: We send the patient a home sleep study kit and connect them with a board certified sleep physician. Get all proper documentation for a full diagnosis.

– Appointment Scheduling: We handle the scheduling of the patient’s appointments at your office.

– Lab Fees: We cover the lab fees, using only the highest quality oral appliances from Prosomnus Lab.

– Communication: We send the patient’s records to their primary doctor to ensure continuity of care.

– All SweetDreams Dentists will receive a Kit to use for the patients TWO appointments at your office. As well as a video link showing how to take a george gauge bite.

What You Do as a Sweet Dreams Dentist:

– Impressions/Scanning: Scan or take impressions of the patient.

– Appliance Delivery: Deliver the appliance and anterior deprogrammer (a “chewing toy” for morning use).
